- Yes, it is 100% free with no account, sign-up, or subscription required. You can generate as many slot lists as you want, and there are no usage limits or watermarks.
- Is my schedule data uploaded anywhere?
- No. The tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your start and end times, appointment lengths, and lunch breaks are processed locally on your device and are never sent to or stored on any server.
- How does the buffer between slots work?
- The buffer is a gap added after each appointment before the next one can begin. For example, with 30-minute slots and a 10-minute buffer, a 9:00 slot ends at 9:30 and the next slot starts at 9:40, giving you time to reset between appointments.
- Can I exclude a lunch break or other blocked time?
- Yes. Check the lunch break option and enter a start and end time. Any appointment slot that would overlap that window is automatically skipped, and scheduling resumes right after the break ends.
- Why do the slots stop before my end time?
- Slots only appear if the full appointment fits before closing. If your day ends at 5:00 PM and slots are 45 minutes, the last slot must begin by 4:15 PM. If nothing fits, try a shorter appointment length, a smaller buffer, or wider hours.
- Can I copy or download the generated time slots?
- Yes. Use the Copy button to copy every slot to your clipboard, or Download .txt to save the list as a plain text file you can paste into your calendar, booking system, or a message to clients.
