About Photo Collage Maker

This photo collage maker arranges your pictures into a clean grid you can customize and download. Choose how many columns you want, set the cell shape (square, landscape, portrait or wide), and adjust the spacing between photos, the outer border, the corner rounding and the background color. A live preview updates as you change any setting, and the arrows next to each photo let you reorder them.

Photos are fit to each cell using a center "cover" crop, so images fill their spots without stretching or distortion. The final collage is rendered on an HTML canvas at whatever output width you choose (up to 4000px), then exported as a lossless PNG or a smaller JPG. It loads with a few example tiles so you can see a finished collage immediately; your first upload replaces them.

Everything runs locally in your browser using the Canvas API. Your photos are never uploaded to a server, there is no account or sign-up, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a photo collage?
Click "Add photos" and select several images at once. Choose the number of columns and a cell shape, then fine-tune spacing, border, corner rounding and background color. Watch the live preview, reorder photos with the arrows if needed, and click "Download collage".
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The collage is built entirely in your browser with the Canvas API. Your images never leave your device, there is no sign-up, and nothing is saved once you close the page.
What image formats can I use and download?
You can add any image your browser supports, including PNG, JPG, WebP and GIF (the first frame). You can download the finished collage as a PNG (lossless) or a JPG (smaller file size).
How many photos can I add?
There is no fixed limit. Rows are added automatically as you add more photos for the chosen number of columns. Very large images or very high output widths use more memory, so a very high count may render slowly on older devices.
Why are my photos cropped in the collage?
Each photo is scaled to fill its cell and center-cropped so it fits the cell shape without stretching. To show more of an image, pick a cell shape closer to the photo's own orientation (for example, Portrait for tall photos).
Can I change the order of the photos?
Yes. Each photo in the list has up and down arrows to move it earlier or later, and an X to remove it. Photos fill the grid left to right, top to bottom, in list order.
