About Solitaire
Solitaire is the single-player card classic — also called Klondike or patience — and this version deals you a fresh hand the moment the page loads. Click the deck to draw, build the four foundations up from Ace to King by suit, and stack the tableau columns down in alternating red-and-black runs until every card is home. Only a King can fill an empty column, and you win when all 52 cards reach the foundations.
Moving a long run is one motion: click the highest card you want to carry and it lifts every card beneath it, then click the column you're moving to. On a phone or tablet the same idea works by tapping — tap a card, then tap where it should land — so the whole game plays comfortably on a small screen. This is the classic single-deck Klondike, not the two-deck Spider or Spades variants that build sequences down by suit; if you came looking for those, this is the simpler original that the word "solitaire" usually means. There's no timer and no round limit, so you can deal a fresh layout and play as many hands as you like.
