About 2048

A new 2 or 4 drops onto the board after each move that changes anything, so the grid fills up fast and every slide counts. Your score climbs by the value of each tile you create, and your highest run is saved as your Best so you can try to beat it next time. Reach 2048 and you can either stop or pick Keep going to chase a bigger tile and a higher score. The round is over only when the grid is packed and no neighboring tiles can still combine.
