It runs an in-browser build of ffmpeg. Burn-in re-encodes the video with the captions painted on; the toggleable track is a fast copy that keeps the original quality and works best with MP4 or MOV.

- The first time, it downloads a ~32 MB processing engine, which is cached afterwards so later runs start instantly.
