About Rotate Image
Rotate Image is a free browser tool for turning and mirroring pictures without installing anything. Drop in any image, then rotate it left or right in 90-degree steps, flip it horizontally, or flip it vertically. A live preview updates with every click, an Orientation stat tracks where you have got to (like "90° · flip-H"), and Reset to original snaps back to the file you started with. When it looks right, download the result as a clean PNG in one click.

- No. Quarter turns and mirrors re-map existing pixels to new positions rather than resampling them, so nothing is blurred or re-compressed. The only change is the container: whatever you put in, the output is a PNG.
- Can I rotate by a small angle to straighten a crooked horizon?
